Help & Support
This policy explains how individual developer Xiaojia Fan (樊晓佳) handles information associated with MultiLive and its public documentation website. Core photo editing takes place on your device. Voluntary feedback and website visits involve separate data processing.
This policy is available in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English. Other app languages use the English policy by default.
Contact and feedback
Developer: Xiaojia Fan / 樊晓佳. Contact: fanevantech@outlook.com.
Describe the problem in Me → Settings → Help & Feedback. Review the version, system information, optional logs and attachments before sending. You may also use the email link below. Feedback is not sent automatically before you confirm.
Include reproduction steps, the expected result and the actual result. Do not send passwords, identity documents or unrelated private media.
Photo, video and file attachments
The app allows up to 5 user-selected attachments and a total of 10 MiB including the report and logs. This is the app’s feedback-package limit, not a universal mail-provider limit.
For oversized files, compress a copy or select another file; originals are not changed. If mail is not configured, save or share the feedback package and enter the recipient above yourself. A mail client reporting that it sent a message does not confirm the developer received it.
Unavailable media or saving
Check photo access, iCloud original downloads and available device storage. An unavailable-media notice does not necessarily mean the original was deleted. In media recovery, retry or relink each layer while keeping its existing parameters.
If saving stops, note the failed stage and retry. If the issue persists, include diagnostic logs. Work saved to Photos and local drafts are managed separately; keep backups of important originals.
Privacy requests and support scope
Feedback emails and attachments are deleted within 90 days after the issue closes. Privacy requests usually receive a response within 15 business days. See the same-version Privacy Policy for details.
Technical support for the app and tutorials is provided by email. There are no accounts, developer-operated cloud-sync services or automatic feedback uploads.
